Final Fantasy VII Rebirth llegará a PC el 23 de enero

On Thursday, The Game Awards 2024 launched and revealed a wealth of new gaming information, including Square Enix's Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is coming to PC in January.

Last night, The Game Awards 2024 revealed what’s in store for the gaming universe for 2025 and beyond, and in between announcing award winners, Square Enix announced the popular Final Fantasy VII Rebirth title will be finally coming to PC in January.

With the move to PC, fans can use a slew of new functionality reserved for the platform. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth introduces new features and customizations that allow the player to view the world in a different way, starting with lighting effects. According to Square, the sequel’s overall rendering of light is significantly improved, and updated areas and cutscenes present to the player with greater clarity than before. The same goes for frame rate. the move to PC allows for fans to increase performance enhancing the base title’s frame rate, including support for variable refresh rate (VRR).

Interestingly, the port to PC also provides fans a way to take Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on the go.
