NME anuncia una edición impresa especial para celebrar a Amy Winehouse y su nueva película "Back to Black

NME se complace en anunciar la preparación de una edición impresa especial para celebrar la vida y el legado de la aclamada cantante y compositora Amy Winehouse, y para conmemorar el estreno de la nueva película Back to Black. También habrá un preestreno gratuito en NME Screens, donde los fans podrán ver la película antes de que se estrene en los cines (12 de abril).
La revista, de 36 páginas, explora en profundidad la historia de Winehouse e incluye fotos nunca vistas de Amy, captadas durante su extraordinario ascenso en la década de 2000 por el fotógrafo Tom Oxley. Otros artículos son una guía del barrio londinense de Camden, amado por Amy, contada por Jennifer Brown, líder de The Priscillas y responsable del Rock 'N' Roll Camden Walking Tour, y un análisis en profundidad de la banda sonora de la película, compuesta por Nick Cave y Warren Ellis, de Bad Seeds. Back to Black, de Taylor Johnson, cuenta por primera vez la historia de Amy Winehouse en un largometraje. Sigue a Amy desde su adolescencia, cuando crecía en el norte de Londres, hasta su meteórico ascenso como ganadora de un Grammy en la década de 2000. Junto a Abela en el reparto están el actor nominado al BAFTA Jack O'Connell, Lesley Manville, Eddie Marsan y Juliet Cowan. El guionista Matt Greenhalgh (Nowhere Boy, Control, biopic de Ian Curtis) ha escrito el guión.
